Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Soulful Threads pieces as much as we do. If you need to arrange a refund or exchange, we’ll do our best to make sure you’re happy with the outcome. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1. You can request a return or exchange 14 days from when you receive your items purchased from Soulful Threads. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be approved before returning items to us.
   
2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, and in the same condition that you received them and will be subject to an inspection for approval. They must also be in the original packaging. 

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase and order number from Soulful Threads is required for all returns and exchanges. 

Faulty Items

If you have received an item which you believe to be damaged or faulty please contact us at support@soulfulthreads.au and provide a description of the item being returned,  1-2 clear photos of the item, and your order number and we will be in touch asap.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale ( excluding faulty items) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Gift Cards

Return and Exchange Process

1. To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@soulfulthreads.au within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

2. Approval: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Shipping/ Return cost: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items and providing a tracking number for proof of return. All shipping costs are non-refundable which include shipping costs on your original order. 

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval and eligibility of your refund.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

1. Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue you with a store credit or offer alternative options.

2. Bundles & promotional sets: Bundles count as one (1) and must be returned together to receive a full refund or store credit. 

3. Gift exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit.

This policy is in compliance with consumer rights and regulations. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Our liability for any claim arising out of any purchase, return, or exchange shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
